Silvano Baumberger

Silvano Baumberger advises and represents clients in complex litigation procedures.

His areas of expertise include commercial and corporate law, general contract law, employment and tenancy law, inheritance law, public and private construction law and criminal law (in particular in the area of white collar crime and medical criminal law).

Furthermore, Silvano Baumberger advises his clients on matters of criminal law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, financial market law and on matters with regards to medicinal and medical product regulations.

He has also been appointed as deputy judge for disciplinary measures of the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation (SIHF) for the Central Switzerland region.

Prior to joining lafranchi meyer, Silvano Baumberger worked in the legal department of a Swiss bank and as a research assistant at the Institute of Banking Law at the University of Bern.
